The only other trucks I rode were Thunder and Venture, but they're pretty much spinoffs from Indy's. If I recall correctly both were owned by Indy. Never liked Tracker and I owned one set of Gullwings that constantly broke kingpins and snapped one of the axles in half too. Gullwings grinded real well like Indy's/Thunder/Venture on concrete but just couldn't hold up to strreet abuse........Trackers didn't grind worth a shit on concrete IMHO, seemed like they bit in too much.
@charliedontsurf1 dude i have one of these boards and i rlly like these more than the new boards and i wanna use it but idk what kind of trucks and wheels go on these can you please help me?!?!
Yeah! I remember this, this is my first skateboarding video i bought in 1990, i remember This Skateboard and loving those boards (i remember i owned a jason jasse board, and others, at that time) I live in italy and was so hard skateboarding in the late 80 early 90....and when we see all those spots we were letterally envious lol
@SSDecontrol94 - use Indy 149's-169's, Kendall had Indy 159's on his board in this vid. I think the (current) 169's are the closest you'll get . Best turn, etc... Trackers are another company, they make some good trucks, but a MUCH wider turning radius (yeew) - still good trucks, but Indpendent trucks, just about anyone who starts riding them never rides anything else. I've been sk8n since '87 and have loved heaps of different trucks, but once you ride Indys, you know why

Well the Indy company slogan was, "Built To Grind", and that is what I always skated with back in the day 159's&169's...skated from 84-94 until I blew out knee in a non-skating incident, still fucks with me til this day. Man I wish I could rip like I used to.

Pay attention youngsters. This is real skateboarding, when it was pure... not your sisters skinny pants, sideways oversized hat wearing rockstar monster redbull energy drink garbage. The real deal here bitches, when it was about the SHRED... not the FAD
I can see where you are coming from, and I know what you mean about how stupid all the young skateboarders look now, but you just got to accept that skateboarding has changed. More tricks to do means more things to fail at and look stupid.
@rednoseroxy No shit. The 80's were the real days of skating. When skating was a life style and you skated for fun and not to try to get sponsored by Target.
