I put a medium butt pack on the back along with an IFAK, a dump pouch and the left waist band, 4 pistol mag's across the chest, and a double frag pouch on the far left and right sides of the front . I fI ever needed to I can put a plate in the front and back , ..............

This has got to be the best rig you can get for less than 100 dollars .
