Well, I lean more towards the message that is being preached and the Holy Spirit confirming in my Spirit that it is of the Lord. People are People and you can go to any motivational type conference and come out all gong ho about what you've heard, excited, have all of the best attentions, but down the road, that enthusiasm disappears. I think the Lakeland revival is very similar in that every one got all gong ho about it, thinking it was of the Lord, but as time goes on, that will disappear.

aaa: If the Lakeland revival was not from God then why the good fruit of people worshipping God, prayer meetings that are still going on, salvations, deliverance from drugs and alcohol? You obviously would not say satan is casting out satan would you? The truth is that the revival had a flawed leader. As we are all flawed, and I can't say I agree with every thing that went on there. Nevertheless though I am still seeing good fruit that came from it.

When its all said and done, each individual person has to live out there christian life and they will try and do so based on the teaching that they have sat under. Generally, people like Bentley become what they are because the reject the truth. I think Todd probably never meant to be anything but a showman, and he just got too public. He has made outrageous claims about his revivals on his web site for years, but nobody really checked them out until Lakeland when the National News asked for evidence, and he couldn't provide any.
