The evo 3d is actually smaller...my son has the evo and i just recently got the 3d one..they both say 4.3' screen size but there actually different by .7 of a inch..i have big thumbs so its a big difference=(

awesome phone big screen, i got the battery to hold a good 28hr charge with limited calling and dimming the screen completely. but with constant use like calling, txt, web browsing, taking pics, and videos, i got a decent battery life of about 5.5hrs. the only con of course is the battery life and having to constantly charge the phone.
