Stuart is such a nice guy. I'm so glad Gordon straightened out the owners. And I agree. I like the UK version much better than the US versions. Has anyone else noticed?....that dirty kitchens do not seem to be as much an issue in the UK versions? I think a dirty kitchen and moldy food really gets the chef upset. Maybe that is why the US version is more tense and confrontational. Hummmm????

Anyway, I really enjoyed this episode it was one of the better ones, very odd place though when he first came in. But the chef was really good and you really felt for the guy.

The UK series are definitely much better, Ramsay was both a great leader and a big kid in the UK series and you just don't see that in the US ones.
