You can't compare Cuba to North Korea. The Republic of Cuba's revolutionary government has so many programs that make it clear their dedication to the progress of their people (and they have many successes). This is not at all the case with the North Korean government which starves, tortures, and murders its people en masse in gigantic labor camps where generations of families are sent. Nothing like any of those things happen in Cuba (they dont even use the death penalty)
