He is not smart or brave or confident.He is ham fisted and crude, the goverment takes on his personality,no UN seat,Georgis affair,dealing with the mounties,trying to starve funding to the opposition, all brawn over brain.He does not trust his ministers to speak,eg ODA in parliament in sunglasses unable to defend herself and Harpers attack dog Baird snarling at the opposition.Harper doesn't trust the civil servants,thinks they're liberals;the cabinet must check with or defer to him. Not a leader
