Hi Smitty, I really like the shoulder warm-up/stretch. Not seen that one before and as I have a few issues with tight chest I will be implementing that one tout suite!
Thanks for the tips. After 20+ years of injury-free benching, I've recently started to have some issues with my shoulders. I've been looking for better methods to warm-up and avoid injuries. These exercises look like they'll be a big help.

Absolutely awesome! I tried it and I am using it now almost every time. It really fits nicely in my training and was very easy to integrate in.
