because i have seen artist's stand in the way of their own success, and i think she is obviously more talented as a vocalist and performer than as a writer, and i am posting an idea that i think she should work on - either sit down and write more songs to pick from, or hire some more people to help. To say, "you are great, but you could work on this or that, and be the absolute top", is not negative, but i see over and over a lack of discernment, and in a fit, phrased it in a belligerent way.

if this is her best writing in years i am glad i only heard about her in 2011. can't write a hook to save her life. her doing an actual well written song on the right imelda may tainted love. professional musicians should have the discernment to know the difference between a good song and an average one, and the humility to hire a writer, if they fall short. Hahaha fat chance of that in our current musical culture.

@firestartertwistedfi it's a cross between Rock and Roll and Country Music, (hillbilly) hence, 'Rockabilly'. There is also some mix of Western Swing and Rhythm and Blues. It started mainly in the southern united states of America. Hope this helps.
