I lived in D.C. for many years. If you are not use to back East, it will be a big cultural shock to you. I grew up on the East Coast, big difference than the West Coast. However, if you enjoy Museums, Theatre and Politics...hot, hot, summers...humidity off the charts...you will love the East Coast...I do.
