Simple LOGIC:  Article II says a Citizen cannot be POTUS, and a "Citizen" is not the same thing as "NBC".

Now, "Citizen" IS defined by the 14th Amendment but NOT NBC. The ONLY permutation missing from the 14th (US Code 1401) is that requiring both parents be US citizens and child born on US soil, for indeed that is the only possible remaining definition, the one for NBC.

NBC=Natural Born Citizen

Minor also defines NBC, and affirms that NBC is not in the 14th amendment.

"What is it that you saw? which version of the birth certificate did you authenticate?"

ANOTHER thing if Hatch never saw his ACTUAL REAL VERIFIED DOCUMENTS how can he be sure of ANTYHING even Obama's, Name, Age, Birthplace, Roots, etc.

To me he is the Bastard Child of unknown legal name or roots. He is not any diff than an undocumented or identity stealer and know this runs in his family. Uncle Omar, Aunt Zeituni, even his mom...were all stealing identity when a man of 40-60 yrs old like Obama has a SS# that says he is 119 yrs old...I SEE A HUGE PROBLEM.

They DON'T KNOW and try to BS their way thru it and keep confusing Natural Born Citizen and Citizen.

Before to be a simple Citizen you had to be born here to at least one citizen parent. That was recently changed to born on soil is a citizen (anchor baby) BUT it was NEVER CONFUSED that Natural Born Citizen had to be born on soil to TWO (2) qulaified citizen parents.

Minor Case is the only case that dealt with this and said that it was clear on NBC

Of course he's wrong, way, way, wrong, but this would be excusable except that when the issue is so current & something there's such a huge public outcry over & many lawsuits over -- even against Congress ! -- one would think, each member of Congress would at least find out what the law says (or doesn't say) a "natural born citizen" means.

Hatch, should be asked the following; If SR511 clearly stated that John Mccain was born to two (2) American parents but outside the country, the Senate has already determined that the definition is based on Vattel. As SR511 was not about the parents it was about being born outside the US juridiction.

Again, how does Obama qualify with a foreign father?

By his own ADMISSION BO's birth was Governed by British Act. He admits that he became a Kenyan w/ his daddy but didn't reaffirm his Kenyan citizenship as an adult at age 21. When this happened what happens to his citizenship? Does he just pick & choose a country to be a citizen of? NO

His citizenhsip continues being governed by the same act that governed his birth the British Nationality Act of 1948 & by that law his expired Kenyan citizenship REVERTS back to British.
