  • With the understanding that everything is a passing cloud, you lose attatchment. Then it becomes easier to allow things to be O.K. Attatchment causes emotion....and you will fight to hold on, because you think it is important....upon examination you will realize it is not. After the observer....I am that!!!!     it's like 50 bucks and you can make any binaural beats program you want with it

    holosync is very simple to replicate if you want
