Ok add all stats to Vitality. ( Use str charm, anni, and ptorch. ) Max out Smite, Charge, Holy Shield, and Fanaticsm. For the gear, use Um'd or Ber'd Shako, MP Enigma, Grief Zerker, Evexile or Up'd hoz, Dracs/rends, dungos, and gores. And idk what you mean by upgrade.
