At the end of the video, the creature is actually a person in a costume... take a really good close look and you will see that both ufo and creature are fake. You don't see any clouds in this movie, except for the last few seconds above the bridge. What you are seeing in the distance are (foggy) hills or mountains.
When i look at the clouds in the last few seconds, i couldn't detect any odd movement...
