I don't know how can anyone gave up their child? I don't have any kid; but, if I do, I don't think I can give up my kid. Congratulation to your family.
So what in the world do you suggest happens to all these precious children if not adoption? I have watched as so, so many of these children AGE OUT at 14 years old with NO family to love them or take care of them. Are you suggesting that no one adopt and love these kids? I do not understand people like you. What are YOU doing to help? How in the world do you purpose to change the Chinese government's policies?

After learning about "Gotcha day" and watching videos about China and their "population control" in class i am definitely inspired to adopt a little chinese baby girl
haha i even cried in class when we got to see a video of the parents getting their babies
This is wonderful! We were standing in the same place as you in May 2007 to meet our 5 year daughter. She has an older sister from Guangdong and a younger brother from Hefei. She is just beautiful!

This is the most touching GOTCHA video I have watched, tears streaming. We adopted our baby from Qidong Hunan 2002 at 21 months.
I am so glad to see a warm, nurturing mom kissing your baby. That is how babies bond. It is not rocket science. You are a wonderful mom
