reason why she got mad at him was because she knew he was going out with Emma and what she was thinking about Joe was really true. He lied to her about breaking up with Emma so he could flirt with her and cheat on Emma with Demi. SO when she gave him a second chance she knew he was still doing the same exact thing O_o although this was wrong since now he IS dating Emma.
