Having taken many trips to Germany for work, I can tell you there is still a group mentality there. It is a wonderful country in many ways. Beautiful public places, less vandalism than stateside, and friendly people. And yet, there is also an arrogance still there. I still can not watch this bullshit Nazi crap without getting angry. What a disgraceful 'race' and a disturbed (and pathetic if not so powerful) leader.

Hey if i was in those times i'd be proud to be in the heer or the waffen ss i'm german and i'm proud of it, everyone has their own beliefs that's what makes everyone fight because one person thinks differently and the other wants it their way. Hitler was either catholic or christain one of the two but he's really intelligent and he knows what he's doing everyone makes mistakes.

If he was so smart why did he grind his army into dust at Stalingrad? Why didn't he wait on starting the war until he had jet planes and nuclear weapons--german science was just on the verge of these systems at the outbreak of the war. He was a megalomaniac/power crazed lunatic that wanted to rule the world. His defeat was asurred from the start but he destroyed Germany in the process...The US could easily go the same way if we loose our constitutionand second amendment.

I've told people a few times if I was a young German in the 30s I would have been a Hitler Jugend. They look at me in horror, like I'm an animal. I just speak the truth. I'm a patriot, I love my country (which was an enemy to Deutschland), I love families and good social structure, I despise criminals and immigrants who keep their own culture and cause trouble. Hitler would have roused me to a political awakening like few others. We can't blame Germans or Germany.
