Ive been taught to club the head throw the underhook and circle the guy for the leg you want to shoot on I don't see this method working

Any good wrestler will defend this by catching the underhook arm and your going straight to your back!!! this video is def. not from oklahoma.. OKlahoma is one of the toughest and most well rounded state for wrestling in the nation!!! This video must be from texas or something!!!

@1guitar4me Just stick with it and stay strong. It takes a couple seasons to get good and between then most people quit cause it's too hard.

@1guitar4me Wrestling is a very great sport that is very underrated. this may be a little late, but next year will be my third year of wrestling and i weigh in at 100lb almost exactly. being that i am so late, how did wrestling go? im a freshman btw.
