  • Love the song, singer and scenery! Awesome!

  • Bien, tout est bien , on ne rentrera pas dans les details...

  • This is a wonderful song that Elvis made famous. I like this version.

  • @MrGreglaw I agree....magical sound

    thank you /köszönöm /

  • God love all and one day I hope to have peace in the valley

  • A man who died trying to get us all to see that Jesus is REAL and that the Creator LOVES ALL OF US..All we have to do is follow His Teachings in the WORD..Lobe philillie

  • I go to a church run school and I am in the chour and was asked to do a solo in our church. The direactor was glade that I choose this song and she thought I did a good job with my practies. We didn't know at the time that our pastor was sitting in on the rehersel and she broke down and cried when I sang the song and said she didn't know we had a bass in the chour.

  • @mapleskevin Jesus died to send the Holy ghost. the people that killed him had a perfect law book and they never missed church. King james was born 6, 1566, 6th of scotland. he authorized 66 books and called them the word of God. Jesus is the word and we have to know him in the Holy ghost. THE BIBLE IS THE MARK OF THE BEAST

  • @MarkofBeastRevealed you are "BeasT" fanatic..

  • @abmgv Jesus sent the Holy ghost not another book about God and not the law book to the jews. You call the law the word of God. Jesus was the word and he had to fulfill the law. cant you have faith? you can't tell me that you know God by faith when you are reading a book you can see. If you had the spirit you would know that what i am telling you is the truth. what is are two murderers doing making a bible if its holy? turn to God you need the spirit. THE BIBLE IS THE MARK OF THE BEAST

  • @MarkofBeastRevealed Your logic is flawed to the core. The Bible is the breath of God and the roadmap to Heaven. If you don't believe what the Bible says and what it teaches, then you aren't a bona fide born again Christian and you're headed for hell.

    John 14:6 KJV

  • @LT1HILLINGHOE The Holy ghost is the breath of God and the roadmap to heaven. "script"ures are for Actors. God sent the Holy ghost and Jesus fulfilled the scriptures. You said If I don't believe what the bible says? but More then 2 billion people read the bible and say "it teaches me truth" but they all believe something different. What I told you is the truth. THE BIBLE IS THE MARK OF THE BEAST> you can't buy the word of God

  • @MarkofBeastRevealed The ones who have the Holy Spirit living within are the ones who read the Bible and understand. You sir, do not. You are a lost soul headed for hell with no grasp on God's truth.

    The end.

    John 3:16 KJV

  • @LT1HILLINGHOE Tell me how you get in the spirit? John was in the spirit on the lords day and saw all of what you call the book of revelation. Now tell me how to get in the spirit? You don't live anything like the people you read about. If you were saved then you wouldn't still be trying to be saved. So how do you get in the spirit? That will tell you that you dont have the Holy ghost. THE BIBLE IS THE MARK OF THE BEAST. Jesus is the word of God

  • i got christian songs come see em

  • I'm Black American in my 60s, I recall growing up on Sunday's in the South as a family, it was one of our family ritual to listen to Tennessee Ernie Ford programs, Mr TEF was, and is indeed an American icon....I consider him to rank among the greatest artists of the 20th century, as well as Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson, Dottie (love some Ms Dollie) see her live if you have not, she is as we say in black dialect (A bad ----- shut your mouth- Lady; talents beyond description. thank you.

  • @terry47family

  • Merci pour ce superbe gospel. C'est Tennessee Ernie Ford, je crois, qui chante la chanson du film "River of no return" de Preminger, avec Marilyn Monroe et Mitchum.

  • I love the photos they are great. Bill

  • This takes me back a long-long time to my childhood, to peaceful times, to Bible teaching, to the sound of a crackling fire, the smell of freshly baked bread, to prayer time before the lamps were dimmed. Yes it takes me back to a time when you had a level of decency and respect in people.

    Thankyou for the memories.

  • old ern does this so much better than elvis. but elvis does a bang up job of it too.

  • Tennessee sure had a great voice. I'm 58 now and when he had his own TV show back in the day, it was one show we very rarely missed. We loved him then and I'm the only one left now and he still is top shelf in my book. No one can even come close to that wonderful voice. When you get a minute look up a song of his called "Children Go Where I Send Thee". I think you might like it also.

    Hoss

  • @theirishman1915

I'm in total agreement with you. My family watched his show every week. I have many old LP's of that gorgeous rich voice. They don't sound today that authentic.

  • 1st version I ever heard of this song as a child at my grandparent's home...it's been my #1 favorite Gospel hymn ever since then.

  • The Great Spirit has no bounderies, our lord is one indeed, your path is yor own journey,You go to your church and i'll go to mine, but let's walk alone together.Surely there is "Peace In The Valley For Me.

  • every time i have you tube on i play this song & shenandoah ,,,, fantastic voice,,,,,,

  • I grew up watching this precious man's TV show in my childhood. What a wonderful gentle man - and what he could do to those favorite old Gospel Hymns!

Thank you, rebel, for putting this up for us!

  • Very Well Put together!

  • His name was Tennisee Erny Ford... The song Is "Peace in the Valley". He has probably one of the best voices EVER! Ever!!

  • Even Native Amerians believed and prayed to the Great Spirit. They thanked the Great Spirit and even the animal spirits after they killed them for food! The early Native Americans were in tune with their land.

  • I love the pictures, they are real God's people whom God loves dearly and protects them from natural disasters, they are out in the open during rain, thunder, lightning, storms and yet no disaster comes upon them. Its the Lord's hand that protects them, Great way to compile a song.
