You cannot take a diet your read about implement it and expect to succeed. It's a crap shoot. You need to educate yourself on every aspect of nutrition and how foods affect the body. You need to think lifestyle not diet. Examples you are wearing skimpy clothes, wear warm clothes and you will shed water weight. Get off the couch. Get rid of the TV or at least never eat while watching TV. You are only know the words carbs and ketosis not how it all works. Self-educate become your own doc.
You are eating way too much fruit hence you are not in ketosis. You replaced your carb craving with fruit which has fructose. You should only have a small amount of fruit with each meal. Perhaps a 1/2 depending on how sweet it is. Also look at how much protein and fat you eat in each meal and drop in small increments. Move more and get high intensity workouts in every other day which makes you sweat hard. Do it and you will succeed. Research veggies looking for highest anti-inflammatory.

its awesome that your in ketosis! and you have done so awesomely well! but when its goes dark purple it means your dehydrated so you may wanna drink more water if you can, that could also be the reason for not weight loss this week as your body bloats when your dehydrated. I've lost 54lbs so far but now I've been stuck for a week or so and someone mention to try Ketosis to lose my last 20lbs. How long did it took for you to lose those 18? Thanks and good luck...
Maybe someone can help me. I find that I do better in heavy ketosis, feel more energy, less hunger, better mood...etc,etc. The problem is I am having a hard time getting my strips to go above a weak or low level of ketones. The times I have felt the best was when I had the strips deep purple. I limit my carbs to less than 5gm a day, limit protein to adequate levels (20%), eat mostly fat. I am kinda stuck with the last 10 lbs (5ft7,160lb). Any suggestions are welcome.

That camel back looks neat. And you are looking good for only 4 weeks out! I havent been checking for ketosis, but I think Ive been in that state since surgery and Im 4 weeks out as well.

we use military issued ones inthe military. they are really good. there are some that comes with pouches, but those are more expensive.
