I can sometimes talk to much I should not have been to harsh I cant even lift that yet LOL i can only 30 kg 66lb each dumbbell but its increasing slowly but surely again appologies friend I hope you would not mind watching my transformstion video its not the best but its the best i can do the year i made the transformation was a mess the diet was up and down and the workout routines was a mess but now iv been working for 4 months or so with a good diet and good workout split im gain strengh now

Always gotta remember that what works for one won't necessarily be the best for everyone. Sometime if you ever want, I'd be glad to share some examples of my workouts and you can see I have more than just HIT sets and maybe try 'em out...
no offense brother but thats alot of bullshit to make up for shit form the exersise is simple go down and contract the chest it is simple watch dorian yates videos if he waa to train you he would throw a dumbell in ur face. so stop making execuses uv got to go down lower and slower to contract the negative so please
@stackindatpapa As I said, to each their own. I certainly respect Dorian and adopt principles from HIT. Same time, I also use a lot of principles from Hany Rambod and Ben Pakulski who gets a lot of criticism for working muscles within a limited range of motion instead of only full ROM compound work. I didn't put on 80lbs of lean mass in five years by doing exercises that didn't work. Bottom line, you do what works for you, I'll do what works for me.
@stackindatpapa Not really. Once the humerus is parallel to the body going any further deactivates the pec partially so the anterior delt takes on some of the load. The goal at this weight is not to work the full range of motion and only keep maximal tension on the target muscle. To each their own, but in my experience from having to rehab injured rotor cuffs of my clients when I did massage therapy, going any further doesn't have good enough benefit:risk ratio to be worth it.

i would say reduce weight u need to go down lower its not important to touch chest but u need to go lower with more control
