Yes they were a lovely couple. It is always sad to hear of a divorce between couples we admire. I read a poem once that went something like,"If he says his love is eternal;undying and she promises the same shivering and sighing. You can be sure one of them is lying". Children seem to be the ones who lose most when parents split. Sometimes I think marriage is the best way to destroy a beautiful, romantic love affair.
