@GardeniaNow No this is called EFT GardeniaNow but she does a strange job of demonstrating it. Look up David Childerly as he is a much better expert or eftuniverse com for the official manuls. EFt changed my life, this video is misleading.

I urge anyone watching this video and considering eft to not listen to the comments by listendudeok. I would bet money they have never even tried the therapy but still feel obliged to comment on it. I sought "real help" like they said for my depression and ended up with horrendous side effects from the "safe" medication they gave me. EFT is the only thing that has worked for me. Give it a try. If it doesn't work at least you can say you tried.
