@xXUnholyProXx yes it is, but it isnt aiming on the the head of the delts when u do it and also risks injury of the rotator cuffs, research it and find out yourself.
Yeah I know, I've done so much research on bodybuilding Im like the wiki lol. Its bad on the joints and causes stress and you will find it painful as well so your notice. But still, deeper presses make it harder but also more painful and bad for you.
the dumbells never drop below the top of his shoulder line. That decreases the risk to rotator cuff. Using too much weight drastically increases chance of injury. Don't over do it.
not to diss you man, but the only time that would be impressive and worth uploading on youtube is when the weight of the dumbells adds up to your bodyweight, so if you weigh 60kg, i have nothing against you, otherwise, i wanna see 45's going up... i know im being a hypocrite with my shit ass bench videos but i will ahve my double obdywieght bench up soon...
mmmm , well i havnt done dumbell stuff for a while , i did a 130kg pushpress , i could probably do half a dozen strict reps with a 100kg barbell (standing, i dont sit to exercise anymore lol)
@angrygunsmith Well said man, well then according to you Im doing ok because I can do 65x3 reps and only weigh 137, workout with the 50s . In about 2 months im going to finish cutting and weigh about 125 lbs and should be pressing on my max set the 75 lbs.
Sweet, im 14 and i do 32kg each arm on a flat bench. do you think thats good for my age? someone please reply, and please no haters saying im liying because im not.
Your frauding... unless your a fucking beast of a 14 year old..
I would never imagine a 14 year old even benching 25kg dumbells...i remember the kids in my year when i was 14, maybe 1 or two could bench 25kg, max...
it is not that much weight but he did have good form until he reached the top. hitting the dumbbells is not good for joints and it can caused problems down the road.
um pretty much a shoulder press but u should have the back leaning at all should be straight....may not sound like it will do much but u will most def feel the difference
Hey, Stevieboy. Nice!! You call me a muppet, you don't even know me. I've been working out since the mid 80's, probably before you were born. It was only my opinion based on what I have called a shoulder press in the past. If it helps, I'll call it an incline dumbell shoulder press. Anyway call it want you want, it was a nice set with good form. By the way, what bodyweight are you doing that awesome 60kg bench at? Cheers
nyk86, the man isn't interested in bodybuilding as you can see from his profile, he's more into lifting weights for strength, powerlifting if u will. Slow negatives are valuable only for bodybuilding.
Jonny, i'm interested in your workout routine in a more detailed manner. I myself work out with weights so it would be cool exchanging ideas n stuff.
hi alex mate, i post on www.muscletalk.co.uk - find my crap in the journals section also on www.powerliftinguk.com , both as jonnywildboar. I have a website www.deadlift.co.uk , mail me if you want anything , coz we all love pulling !!!

mate good weight but terrible form!! elbows go down to far!!
Romthechamp 2 years ago 2
Yerr his elbows did go down to much but its better that than thouse shitheads who do 1/3 of the motion
muzimuzi 2 years ago 5
@Romthechamp I disagree. He uses a complete range of motion throughout the exercise. He also maintains control of the weight.
mcx99 2 years ago
@mcx99 he doesnt use the complete range of motion he over strectches and risks the chance of major injury on the rotator cuffs.
Romthechamp 2 years ago
its harder that way
