The difference between the two songs is that Beyonce is blaming all men for her heartbreak (not just the ones who harmed her), and Eminem (in the context of only this quote) is just blaming the woman who cheated on him.

I never really got Beyonce's unexplained hatred of men. She's happily married, and as far as I know, hasn't had that much man trouble. It's understandable when someone likr Tina Turner, Whitney Houston, or even Rihanna started doing this. Beyonce doesn't strike me as that kind of person.
