yeah but thats not mentioning the sound... zildjian just dont sound good, you cant beat Meinl or UFIP... at my local, everyone is trading in zildjian in exchange for UFIP.. that shows you something, UFIP ar rotocast and hand hammered cymbals from a little factory in Italy, Zildjian are mass prodused, machine made, machine hammered cymbals.. big difference
your wrong when you said no one should use zildjian. zildjian are imense cymbals. machine hammering is still freaking awesome. yes you are right when you say hand hamering is ace. but it doesnt make it a better cymbal when its hand hammered. it makes it unique. no hand hammered cymbal sounds the same. they all have slightly diferent charateristics even of cymbals in/of the same line/model. machine hammering is realy good. zlidjian cymbals do not sound bad by ANY stretch of the imjination.
youd have to be mentalist to say that zildjian A K or Z cymbals sound bad, cos they just dont. they sound realy good. its all down to personal preferance at the end of the day. the drummer in my band uses saibian AA`s. personaly i prefer meinl MB20s or zildjian Zs but you no thats his preferance....
your playing it pretty good a few things are wrong (like when you hit the low tom your supposed to be playing snare [i think its verses]) and a little slow but other than that your great
