  • @NWright95 sure 18 and training 2 years now. whats ur age? above 15? then u can do aslong u make sure u doing it right so u wont f*ckup ur body

  • @NWright95 Teens can absolutely do these exercises. These are bodyweight exercises that athletes do of all ages. You should already be doing bodyweight exercises, calisthenics, pushups, situps, and pull-ups, etc. No worries what so ever! Obviously ease your way into the more advances movements, but start with pushups and core/abs exercises - there are a lot of bodyweight workouts on my channel - also get access to the Free Spartacus Bodyweight workout program - check the link in the info

  • @marcroops You're doing very interesting videos since I knew the channel and you're giving it away all for free, that's much appreciated.I was addicted to pure bodybuilding, then a saw for the first time a kettle bell and decided to give it a try.At first I learned the basic movements,like swing and snatches,but I was searching for some circuit training and met up your videos.Since then,I truly became a lover of this kind of working out.Thanks for everything Funk,best regards from Italy!
