no it doesn't. You are referring to the national guard, which is currently deployed in Iraq. Sure, there is some NG still in America but i can tell you the feds have more control over the NG then the states do. Which is sad. We already are being retaliated against in some very major ways for specifically questioning the government's actions and behavior -- though work camps aren't quite the norm...at least yet. Keene, NH is a microcosm of the kind of things happening all across the country -- at the local, State, and Federal levels. Thanks to these courageous liberty activists, citizens are becoming aware of the increasingly abusive practices of gov't officials acting under color of law, not the letter of the law.
