Simple solution to all of this, unless you are just looking to cause some kind of confrontation. Find a place where you have permission to skateboard, instead of using private property to do it. I notice the same thing with every video like this, where some security guard is driving them away, it's always because it is private property. They are just protecting their interests, so think about that for a minute.
