Bro. Great work. But you forgot D. Copperfield's easy way out of the 4 cards into 3 part. He OBVIOUSLY uses double-sided-stick tape on the center of the card next to the Ace. He PRESSES in the middle and it sticks to the color-change card (on it's back). He flops that taped double card down as if it were one card, (no need to run if you are not being chased) and clearly shows the other two cards as single cards. He repeats that 3 times. Easy peasy.

actually I do think that was true, that show he did it on just so happens to be the last of "the magic of david copperfield" series, most of the tricks he did in that one excluding the vanishing egg and the magic clock trick involved the deceased (dead) or spirits of the deceased. his grandfather was no exception to the deceased.

Other's would find out by watching and by mistakes, but since it became so popular, the amazement has just faded. The term "slight of hand" get's tossed around way too much.
