Now you've found it ! I've always loved this song. It has a haunting quality. I think it's a bonus CD track, along with "Pink Chairs", unless I'm very much mistaken. I bought it some years ago. I hope that this helps.
Even though you say that, it doesn't seem that way. If you look on Amazon for "I Love You Always Forever", there are three audio cd results. One seems to be a pure single, while another is a maxi single with five remixes and the third is an import, but the tracklist is not supplied. I assume the import cd is the one with "Have You Ever Loved" on it, but it would be difficult to know that unless you actually bought the thing.
@dyawanna79 strange i don't have that maxi single so i don't know about this song to ,TY m8 for uploading it on this precious site so i can sing this to my girlfriend like i real man :D not so good like Donna but it will be ok :P good day ..

I think that it's rather

makes more sense?
