Is that George Duke on the keys?? Please don't compare because I know some of you ignorant turds are going to turn it racial... Kudos to Paul Schafer on tambourine..
It's funny to see percussionist Ray Cooper with these jazz guys. Does anybody know who the bass player is? He's got a cool fretless sound!
I wish we could see the rest of it, George Duke introduces Larry Coryell...! He makes all these killers pass on the stage as if it was an audition! LMAO
Can't compare them...two different stylists...Benson is essentially a Hard-Bopper, Mclaughlin is a fusion player...they can both play over changes , but they differ in phrasing, tone, ideas, vocabulary.
That's not Paul on percussion..lol.. don't know who but it's not Paul.

It's "All Blues", by Miles Davis. You can find it on 'Kind of Blue', Davis's classic album which everyone on the planet should own.

One of the most stupid comments I've heard this year. I like them both, . . but to say that about Benson, . . man you don't know shit.
