That rallye is 16v. 150+bhp per tonne if his has been stripped.

lol @ the people saying the 106 wouldnt win a civic, standard 106 gti's can pull mid-high 15s, so a rallye, which is lighter, can happily pull quicker times, factor in possibly a different gearbox, and it could break 15 seconds.
