3:00 why the fuck would you be on your roof you fucking idiot. It's one thing if you had a much taller, metallic object around you but you were the tallest object essentially. But I have to admit I would love to do something like that if I had one day to live
love the high speed supercells. you really difficult to tell they're rotating otherwise. i was waiting to see in those supercell views if a tornado would form from the bottom of the cell. so that's my question - do tornadoes usually form in the center of that rotating cell, or somewhere else?
The mostly occur in the wallcloud (downdraft) of the supercell. Not always in the center of it, mostly they occur on the edge of a wallcloud, near the inflow
This extreme weather compilation has dumbfounded me. Possibly because a lot of this footage was compiled at great risk to the filmer and those getting filmed. The lightening strike to the jet liner hits too close to home if you travel a lot. Sheltering under a tree during a lightening storm is demonstrated to be a very bad idea. If you see a tornado approaching, run. This video certainly leaves an impression. Very good sound and video editing and choice of footage.
take that tree

@jumbo04 It is not by Mozart. It is by Carl Orff. It is a common misconception that O Fortuna is by Mozart, fyi.

@jumbo04 MOZART??? My merciful God! "O Fortuna" it's a part of Carmina Burana, composed by Carl Orff (about 150 years after Mozart's death)...
