there both the rarest characters you need to unlock the others first

unlock all characters besides Akuma, Gouken, and Seth. once you have done that, you need to complete arcade mode (any difficulty) with one perfect round and using 0 continues. so you cant lose. once you earn Akuma. beat arcade mode with him. (no requirements) once you have done that, you can chose any character to unlock gouken. beat arcade mode (any difficulty, any character) and get 1 perfect, 3 super/ultra combo finishes, and 5 first attacks. cant lose as well. gouken will appear after seth.

ok the easiest way to unlock all the characters is set the rounds to 1 and put it on the easiest mode and unlimited time, check on the internet to see which character has to be used to unlock another. I unlocked all the characters in 2 days doing wat i just told u to do

in most cases it's all about completion of motion. You're either not completing it or over-exaggerating it. How fast you move your joystick/pad/w.e w.e doesn't matter as long as you complete the quarter circle movement completely. make sure your joystick is completely to the (left/right depending on location) by end of your ultra.

u're probably not completing the motion as shyoruken comes out, so calm it down and complete the motion.

I can't seem to figure out how to get gouken. According to the cheat sites,you can do the ultra combos/perfects on a 2nd player joining during arcade..which I've done and I've not lost a round yet there's no gouken trigger at the end as akuma. Maybe it just doesn't work on the 2nd player after all:s..cuz if i have to do it on the computer for an ultra it's harder

Easiest way to do it... set to one round maches. Connect with 5 first attacks (there are only 7 fights before Seth, so might as well do them all). Have at least one perfect fight and 3 ultra finishes. You can't use a second player, but difficulty doesn't matter so you can do it on easiest if you wish.

it depends if u have a stick or if ur using the 360/PS3 controller. with a stick its actually pretty easy, that is if you know how to use the stick. its even hard for me to do some things on the 360 controller. its because the controllers have slight input lag whereas an arcade stick has none and the commands are instant. with the 360 i can only do up to 3 hadoukens and then the fourth one is always a punch because i guess it doesnt register fast enough or some shit.

I don´t know how to do the Ultra Combo work, when I try to do it I always do the Super Combo by mistake, how do you do this moves for example Ryu´s Ultra combo: Down Forward Down Forward and then 4 punches.

When your ultra bar is charge and on the XBOX you could just push the LB button it serves as a 3X Punch button on it's own so you don't have to push all three punches at the same time.

Set you light, medium, and heavy kick to one of your trigger buttons and do it that way. Then you just do the v> X2 and press the trigger and there ya go.

you need to watch the meter, you may just have the super meter full, The Ultra meter fills by blocking or getting your ass kicked. The ultra meter is all the way on the left, hope this helps.

you have to press all of them at the same time. you can map the keys "LP+MP+HP" to a button from the settings, it's the easiest way to do Ryu's ultra imo.

Whatever way you do the super combo is the way you do the ultra with a character accept you have to do it with the triple punch or triple kick button witch on the xbox is LB or LT hope I helped.

I think Gouken is better than Akuma. He can counter anything with his block attack even fireballs. He also has a great throw that can be chained into his Hurricane Kick.

Dude just put the game on the easiest setting use Ryu and just throw Fierce fireballs over and over it works I got 4 perfects just by doing that all you need is 2 perfects and 3 ultra combos finishers.

I used akuma, easy to do 1000 death finisher. Also remember, that to get him you have to finish the game with someone who has one before, SCENARIO you get to gouken with Ken but you never finished the game with Ken. Really sucks to find that out.
