ya sxr's are fast just with a pipe but borrring... my square nose 650 tops out with sxr's with factory b pipes and all i have is the coffmans rip off of a factory b pipe and a ported 650 with 165 psi lol its a ripper...

@737496bmsmith I was driving my couch (Seadoo GTX 155) next to a guy on a 2003 Kawasaki SX-R 800, I top out at 60 mph, he was pretty much staying with me, he must have been going 55mph. All he has on it is an aftermarket pipe.

that would be one heck of a ride, I know 50 on my sxi feels really fast, I can't imagine 20 mph faster. That was really rough water, I'm guessing the water was smooth for the record. I would like to know how controlled it felt at those speeds. I no that on my ski, it starts to wonder at top speeds, something that all stand-ups will do. But that much weight over the nose must really change things. Way cool idea though with the motor swap.
