  • can you tell me whats the name of the crookers track? i can't find it...

    thanks

  • Very koo dude, this is just like the m-audio trigger finger except that is more compact which is perfect for mobile djs, im no considering this over the trigger finger. Good job.

  • Hey I have the Nano Kontrol and I'm running torq connectiv. I am trying to set up the samples, but i cant. Can you give me a step outline on how to record, assig, and play these samples? Please

  • @adrianag008 sure just check torq-dj.com lesson 7 in the tutorial videos

  • wich program are you using to the mix?

  • wich program are you using to the mix?

  • holy shit dude i been spinnin ur remixes for a while, got em off whitefolksgetcrunk, jus stumbled on this vid lookin at how well torq and korg play together

  • Hey, do you know if you can use M-audio's Axiom 25 midi keyboard pads and knobs to control torq's effects and samples?

  • i have the nanoPad what i must configure on Torq when i have the NanoPad?

  • oh how neatttttttt so scary hehe

  • Hi everyone, I use bcd3000 with traktor pro, and it working perfect, yesterday I bought nanokontrol I connected to computer and now for some reason in traktor pro bcd3000 its not working and the latency of knobs and faders in traktor pro is very low, works only BCD3000WDM in the audio setup choice menu, please this is driving me crazy....

  • so it will work with a sequencer software?

  • sure, Cubase, Logic, Acid, Cakewalk, Reason, Ableton etc etc

  • I've been using Torq & Live for a while.. got my nanoKontrol about a month ago & have to say its amazing what you can do with this! I grabbed nanoLive (a midiyoke thingy) and was blown away. I can control pretty much everything from 1 scene! Was kinda hoping I could find something like that for Torq too. :)

1 Tip -- cue points would have been awesome for jumping to the organ part. Especially if you map it to a button :)

  • GET TO THA CHOPPA

  • The new Cock Nanokontrol lol jking

  • seriously thought he said that xD

  • where can you download the software required for the kontrol? I can't seem to find it..

  • You should show how you can control VSTs that you load into Torq ;)

  • Duitsland...!!!!

  • hey, how's the nanokontrol still workin for you? im thinkin of gettin the nanokontrol to control the internal mixer for my torq since i just use amputate w/ 1 turntable (i dont want to use a traditional mixer, to save space). other times, i just use my axiom25 to control everything (i use the modulation wheel as an xfader :P) but i feel more comfortable using the control vinyl. nice vid.

  • hello!! nice review. Does this work with all midi accept programmes? Reason Cubase Virtual Dj traktor etc ?

  • its a midi controller so it works with every application that accepts midi signals. with additional software, like bome midi, or midistroke you can also apply midi cc and key commands to keyboard shortcuts etc.

  • thanks !!

  • get to da chopppppaaa!!!!

  • Hey nice use of the NanoKontrol. Like what you did with the DJ Shadow sample. I would love you to send me the scene data, would you? Cheers from Ireland!

  • I always thought the torq sampler was a waste... but the korg nano looks like it can work it all very well... thanks for the video, gonna buy one as soon as i can

  • Dude, how did you assign the nano to change key, I can only make it change 1 semitone at a time, not jump around like yours??

  • don't loop your sample if you have it set to loop, reason why its doing that is because you are actually changing the sample rate instead of the actual speed. Just figured that out now when doing the same thing with my X-Session pro, kinda sucks it doesn't leave the option to adjust the speed when you loop it.

Nice vid with the nanokontrol with torq, can't wait to get one to use with torq and ableton.

  • you have to set the buttons to midi notes (not change control). its a bit of a hassle to set it up. you have to right click on the 0.00 in torq and press the midi note button every higher note will then adjust the pitch one octave higher or lower. i had to work a bit on it until it was set to 4 octaves left and 4 right. i can sned you my scene data for the nanokontrol if youre interested.

  • also make sure when you wanna use the torq loop feature and cue, to set the button to midi note. if they are set to midi cc they dont work the way they should. i found this out the hard way ;)

  • Awesome, thanks! Did you buy this in Australia? If so, where did you get it from?

  • nah i got it from the us. took 5 days with fedex. bought it off ebay usa. i asked the guys at allan's and theyve said the product prolly wont hit australia within the next 3 months. im leaving the country in 4 weeks so i decided to get it from the usa...

  • Ah, thanks! The reason I asked was because I couldn't find any here in Australia.

  • yes thats why i decided to get it from the us :)

  • Good info bro,Thanks!

  • thanks alot for the review, i'm gon get mine later today...

  • more horn!
