When did I say all I saw was shock value? There's always a certain amount of credit due in shocking people, but that's not what I was referring to. It IS sexist to praise shock value and criticise the female equivalent. Lydon's interview here is pure entertainment, he's said it himself. Was he honest? Sure, but he could have remained tactful too.

If I were "sexist" I would give more merit to Britney Spears and Madonna than I do to Eminem and 50 Cent, but all are equally worthless in my opinion.
