It has the highest credibility. People who gets this prize are respected by the entire world. Its long history proves. And as it chooses the winner from all countries, it kinda represents the entire world. Its not a local small org. Its international.

The 2nd reason I don’t prove democracy is that people really are fool themselves into thinking they are in charge. For ex.until 2000 Bush/Gore election, Americans, including the medias hadn’t known that the President of US isn’t elected by 1 pl 1 vote=the popular vote, but by “Electoral College” vote=a special small group of people. If the 2 votes are different, it is the Electoral Votes that counts. After 200 some years people even didn’t know the rule of the game, how could they be in charge?

Politic is a profession, as human society has developed so complex that it is impossible for an armature to run. Since no one are born politician, it has to be trained, studied & practice, just like any other professions. Let’s look at Human rights.If human rights are regarded as universal morality,then we need to check 3 believe systems that human have been used to guide their morality/behavior: religion-Bible, Quran, Buddha Sutra, Hindu Sanskrit; classical philosophy:Confucian,Lao-tzu,A­ristotle,Socrates;and science for atheist. Do any of these systems say we human have this innate right without responsibility? NO.They only recognize we human have born NEEDS. So the morality of human rights claim is baseless.

The theory of Democracy is basically for the people to limit, check & balance the evil power of gov. because human nature is sinful. But, what about the people’s sin? You know, people can be just as evil & greedy as the gov. does. Ancient Rome Republic was destroyed by its own people. If we recognize that all human Equally have sin regardless social status, then people's power also need to be limited, checked &balanced, but by Who? The theory doesn’t make sense to me.

I don’t prove it for several reasons:#1, it is a violent sys. In 236 years, 16 US presidents got shot at, once every 15 years averagely and 6 of them were dead. Why do people shot a president elected by themselves? Why can’t people just wait a few more years until the next election? Also, the civil war, why couldn’t people in a democratic society TALK through their differences? In China we say “Gentlemen use their mouth, not their hand/君子动口不动手”. Civil, is it too much to ask?

When evaluate gov. it is more advisable to see the upper limit of the good side & lower limits of the bad side, compare it to other govs. then ask “Comparing with the alternatives, how bad this gov.can be? Better, same or worse? Ask the same question for the good side. If people think their gov. can be as bad as other gov.but can be much better on the good side, then, it is a good one.

Comparing with the high limit of good side,I never see in a democratic society the elected officials would serve people to death as CCP members do. They gathered all the food & water, divided food & water in 5 for the next 5 day’s surviving, coz they had the confident in CCP gov. that within 5 days, they would be rescued. 3 days later, they saw the 1st helicopter bringing water.
