No, I'm riding a GREAT 1200low Sporty, but I would like to get an Enfield G5 Deluxe as a second bike and a 612 big bore kit would be cool for that. You say yours isnt running right, can you recommend the kit ???
Ah, the kit wont fit the G5 anyway John, it's only for the old cast iron engine jobs, mine is a 1991 bike, they'll fit on any of the 500 classic types, but not the avl electra or the new G5. To be truthfull, with hindsight I wouldnt have bothered, I will persist now Im this far in (1 year) because when it does go right it's really good. I used to have a 1200S theres a vid of it on here!
Hello John, glad you liked the vid, I got the 612 kit from Hitchcocks Motorcycles in Chadwick End, it's been a bit of a pig unfortunately and Im still not totally satisfied. I'll post another vid when it's running 100%. Do you have a Bullet?
