@Mephistophilese: We have used esxpress for two years and it is by far the most stable, easiest to use and most reliable system for ESX that I've ever come across - and I've been in the business 18 years. We just let the system get on with it, we never have to do anything and it just works - all the time.
I have just spent two weeks trying to get this to work on a customer site, without any success. In the last few months the software has gone from release 4.0-0 to 4.0-5 - it's that buggy!
All I can say from long, bitter experience is that this product does not work. I spoke to our UK supplier about it because the support is only US business hours and he told me that about 1 in 10 installs of this fails to work! - that's the fucking supplier!
I eventually found a fix - uninstall and use Veeam.

Have tried to pay attention to this video three times now but the music makes my eyes hurt and causes my lower intestine to spasm.
