There are too many tossers on youtube. If videos interrupted radios/navigation on planes than there would be a ton of GA aircraft everyday falling from the skys, not even including military and police craft. Stop smoking crack and being so gullible.
dash4421 you need to get another recertification. Electronic devices are radios, gps, cell phones and laptops. Express Jet allowed me to video (small camcorder) the take off as long as it was outside the aircraft, I could not video anything inside the aircraft.
And you just believed it without asking more questions?
That is bullshit, there are NO (zero zilch, nada) security restrictions on photography/videography on airplanes or in airports in the U.S, aside from the electronics having to be off under 10k feet rule
Thats Bullshit. Ive asked my uncle who is a captain for continental express and he said it was perfectly fine to use a camcorder. It doesnt interfere with the communication system at all because it has nothing that could effect it moron. tell me how.
cool. Well I just got off a plan an hour ago and I asked the flight attendent if i could record a video out of curiosity and she said it was fine as long as it had no capability of messing with the radio system or something. I have a flip video camera.
Thanks for the video. The description helped me enjoyed it more. I have never flown from Love-Field and hence it was great to see a take-off video from that airport.
Dallas Love Field is the HeadQuarters for SWA!

"I could not video anything inside the aircraft. "
Why not?

The flight attendant said it was for security reasons, company rule.

if it interferes... THEN WHY THE HELL DO CAPTIANS VIDEOTAPE LANDINGS AND TAKEOFFS FROM THE COCKPIT?!?!?!??!?!?!
wannabepilot22 3 years ago
It doesnt. The reason passengers cant do is bassicly copyright issues, but they wont admit that and lie to you saying its security.

This comment has received too many negative votes show
"The fact that you taped this and uploaded on here is pretty sad. "
The fact that he is sharing something not everybody experiences - often, or at all - isn't sad, you ranting like a lunatic is sad.

Huh, did that B-17 have engines 1 and 4 feathered or was that just the camera showing that?

why do you zoom in on Business Jet Center so often?

I was actually focusing on planes. The B-17 and a business jet were taxing right by it.

I concur, it's a B-17, impressive to see it running. You must have been up in the front of the plane somewhere, it's too quiet hehe.

Nice video! The WWII plane appears to be a B-17. There aren't many of them around and still flying.
