I bought the head from HeliDirect.. It's my understanding that Lightning Heli has made some modifications to make it better. The hardest part about set up is balances multiple blades and adjusting the phazing block. I have done a review / modification thread on Helifreak also. Send me an email if you want the link.
I took an old Align washout block I had, drilled a hole all the way through the middle, for set screws, cleaned up the burrs, tapped it out. Cut off the brass bushing. Used the Align washout arm, cut off the end with the ball. Then used a 2mm hex head screw to hold it on. The stock washout was so soft, it stripped the first time I tightened it. I will send you a link to my mod.
I installed the 3 blade head to use in a scale project. Although the actual scale will be a 5 blade head. It is NOT anywhere near as stable as a flybar, IMHO. It is also a different style of flying, you have to get used to it. I have done a partial review on Helifreak. I am not using any electronic mixer with this head either. I do not think it is optimal for 3D, but ok for scale flight.
I used Trex 600 ss balls on the blade grips and upper swash and 450 ss balls on the lower swash. I replaced the washout blocked with a modified Align block for the 450. I also replaced the screws holding the blade grips together with hex cap screws. Lubed all the bearings in the head, and replaced the main shaft which was actaully rusted inside the rotor housing.
I will also be changing all the balls to stainless. The quality of the screws holding the balls is very poor and they damage easily when removing the links.
hi . did the tri blades rotor is sell with a ready set up, or do you make it yourself ? and ...it is difficult to do ?thanks

Lightning Heli 3 Blade Head from HeliDirect. I forgot to put expo in the radio, so I will be doing that.
Changed the links to Trex 600 ball links, the stock links had almost no threads on them.
Ordered a 450 wash out arm to replace the plastic link supplied, installed a 2x10mm bolt and nut thru the washout arm.
