OMG! I loved this song when I was a kid. This song would always come on when we were getting ready for school and it would always pump us up for school. Plus we lived in the projects so we could only dream about being rich. I miss the 80's music, it was just so smooth and real!

I could have swore there was a version of this song sung by a female singer... I can't find it however, which is frustrating. I thought it had some sort of "techno" type vibe to it, but I could be wrong about that bit. Like a remix or a cover or something, though. I've had it stuck in my head for days, but alas, it shall remain so until I can find it to listen to it, as listening to this original version sung by the males is not helping. ^^; Lol.

Only someone would couldn't dance, had NO game, was intimidated by pretty girls, with an anti-social type behavior, would say this was a bad era for songs. Every "era" has its own personality. Songs that had no appeal to me back then have no appeal to me now, and so I don't go searching for the vids. Why did you search this one out?
