i dunno but it sounds like fake to me ... look at his driving ... a npc would never drive on a sidewalk or other stuff .. look at the traffic lights ... hes driving on red light whitout stopping ... watch some other taxi mods and u will see that those stop at a red light and they drive as an npc ...
