The first three to five days are the hardest. Once you pass that it will be easy! Learn to do a sugarfree sweet or fruit.

Your going to do just fine!!! I had to do a 2 week high protein all liquid diet pre-op. And have no doubts because you will do just fine. You have come this far and you will be 300lbs going into surgery. I'm excited for you!!!
