I've heard a lot of good comments about the Honda VFR 800. Mainly reliability, solid build, quick for a touring bike. I had the early 1100 Sabre(V65: sibling of the Magna V65) with same engine configuration. Reason why after all these years the VFRs are still being made:)

156mph, there is more room on the rpms, but its a heavy bike and it needs a long strectch or down hill to get past that
