Ah, that is quite difficult unless you have done it before. What you need to do is use the cheat "constrainfloorelevation false" and then you use that to make a piece of wall that is the same height as the foundation. Once you get use to it, it's not that hard. Let me know if this helps you. If not, maybe I can make a video of it...

When you place the chimney, you must use the cheat code "moveobjects on". Then you can grab each individual piece of the chimney and delete them. =] Lemme know if this helps!

Yeah, I just leave that section without floor and use the black floor dividers to make the windows.
