the whinin you hear is WERM DRIVE...... not air in the power steering pump or a loose fan belt, its gear driven timing instead of a timing chain

Correct me if im wrong but: normally you can find a project for 12-15k, a clone for 15k, hardtop 19-30k, Convertible 30-70k
