I've seen DH live twice (both times they performed infected) and I love the band but it's pretty obvious that the only part of this that is actually live is the video and possibly the music, not the vocals. He can't scream that well for that long. Just sayin. Btw, I still love this version of the song.

@victormikjesusfreak Both times that I saw them live (at el corazon in seattle) there were crazy mosh pits. But like most concerts, the mosh pit can be avoided, if you don't enjoy moshing.

In their first album they had their guitars tuned to drop C. after that album they've been playing in drop B. Ryan's vocals/ screams seemed more pure in the first album though, like he's screaming a real scream, not a scream backed up with a bunch of air, if that makes sense...

I agree with the Slipknot comparisons, very warranted. And as long as Slipknot keeps going into the "awful" world of writing actual music, I think Slipknot and Demon Hunter will be compared.

Right now Demon Hunter sounds different to Slipknot, but.. I have to say when they released "infected" in 2001, they sounded like the Christian version of Slipknot be realistic, later on they found their own trademark sound..

If there is one thing I learned from Youtube videos, its that if you ever want to pick an online fight, you make posts about religion, politics, or different genres of metal, lmao. Demon Hunter is amazing though, even if it is Christian metal! I've had all their albums since they came out!! Speaking of starting fights, watch this! Slipknot DOES fucking suck!!! :-D Probably one of the shittest "metal" groups out there!
